Tell you all about enameled wire —— wire gauge and paint thickness

Time: 2024-11-20

Enameled wire is the main raw material of motor, electrical appliances and household appliances.

It is produced by the winding process for the raw material.

There is no special indication that the winding machine is around the enameled wire.

Enameled wire is composed of conductor and insulation layer; conductor material is alloy copper or aluminum; insulation layer is composed of various resin paint.

Common enameled wire classification

QA polyurethane enameled wire (UEW)

UEW is polyurethane enameled wire, usually used to mark 130 polyurethane enameled wire,

such as: UEW / 130,155 to add M, such as: MUEW / 155

composition: copper conductor and polyurethane resin

characteristics: easy dyeing, direct welding, low dielectric loss at high frequency;

QA (polyurethane): easy to color, good high frequency performance, because can not paint and direct welding, so the work efficiency is relatively high.

QA = polyurethane copper wire, heat resistance index 130 155 180

Polyurethane enameled wire has an incomparable other model of enameled wire, is direct welding. The so-called direct soldering, is the enameled wire in the solder is not need to scrape a kind of direct welding performance. He greatly enhanced the flexibility of the customer winding coil, and cost savings, so it has won widespread acclaim.

QZ polyester enameled wire (PEW)

PEW is polyester enameled wire, usually used to mark grade 130 polyester enameled wire,

such as: PEW / 130, grade 155 to add M, such as: MPEW / 155

composition: copper conductor and polyester resin

characteristics: good mechanical strength, film attachment performance, excellent electrical, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, thermal stability and solvent resistance;

QZ (polyester): superior heat resistance, excellent solvent resistance, especially good softening and aging performance. General transformers all use polyester enameled wire.

The higher the voltage, the thicker the paint film used.

QZ = polyester, heat resistance index 130 generally 155 domestic called QZG, the domestic 130 is equivalent to IEC 130L grade

QZY polyester enameled wire

heat resistance index 180, good modified products can reach the general sense of 200.

General composite polyamide imide, as a 200-line primer, single coating, the brine pinhole is not ideal.

High temperature resistant enameled wire, as the name suggests, is able to withstand high temperature enameled wire.

The general enameled wire is temperature resistance in 130 level, 155 level, can reach 180 level has been quite high.

High temperature resistant enameled wire, in addition to the first three specifications, can reach 200,220 or even 240 levels. Each level represents that this enameled wire can be used for a long time at this numerical temperature.

Product specification The line diameter reaches 3.5mm, mainly producing QZY, QZY (XY), QY, etc.

Note:

what is the difference between 1 UEW and 2 UEW enameled line?

Different paint film thickness.

This naming method is the Japanese naming standard, the larger the number, the smaller the thickness of the paint film, so the 1 UEW is thicker than the 2 UEW.

UEW refers to the polyurethane enameled wire, is the English model, IEC

QA is also polyurethane enameled wire, is the Chinese model, national standard

2. Direct welding enameled wire several polyurethane (QA) class, temperature grade 130,155,180; 155 or 180 polyester imine with more expensive solder temperature is relatively high.
